I think this means why worry about the past; it cant be changed. Why worry about the future; it hasn't happened yet. In reality, all we do have is now because we can change or go about the things we want to be done on a day to day basis. The past is past and its really dead and irrelevant.
I agree because people be so focused on the past when they should be worried about their future because the past cant be changed
